Our School Council was established in 2005 to enable the children to contribute their ideas in the running of the school. Each class elects two members to represent their views in the monthly council meetings. Each class has a school council book where ideas to be taken to the meetings are recorded. Minutes of each meeting are kept and decisions reported back to the class by their representatives. The School Council coordinator is Miss Wright and she shares the ideas of the School Council with Mrs Farrow if she is unable to attend the meetings.
Meet our School Councillors:

Recent issues discussed by our School Council include behaviour on the playground, noise in the dinner hall and resources on the outside area. The school has reviewed and developed its practice as a result of the issues raised.
